Story about the young Balthazar thrown from one remarkable event to the other. On his way through a plague hit the landscape, he meets the Kabbalists, priests - and himself.
Fall 1944. A wounded Polish officer, Ryszard, was brought to the Allied field hospital. He notices another soldier on the table - also a Pole - a rosary made of pomegranate seeds. Józef, overjoyed at the arrival of his countryman, tells the story of the rosary.
Polish musical comedy. The film focuses on two friends who spend their vacation in the beautiful countryside of Mazury. They buy a very nice car (Syrenka), but in order to pay for it the men need to start working as solicitors for a notable art impresario named Koszajtis. Soon they get thrown right in the middle of a hilarious war between two rivaling music-and-dance groups.
