Three religions. Two men. One mission. Ben has gone off into the desert. In order to escape the matchmaking attempts of his family in Jerusalem, he agrees to fly to Alexandria to save what was once the largest Jewish community in the world, which is desperately short of a tenth man to celebrate Passover. When Ben misses his flight and is subsequently thrown off a bus in the Sinai Desert, a grumpy Bedouin in search of his lost camel becomes Ben’s only hope.

Based on the 80s Israeli rock opera “Mami” that generated a cult following. This is the story of Mami, a young woman who was born and raised in a small impoverished town down south. She works at the snack bar at the local gas station and is in love with Nissim, her neighbor. Nissim falls into a coma, but Mami doesn’t give up. Eventually her brain gets rewired by eccentric inventor and she becomes a media superstar. Mami establishes a satirical circus and new political party.
The Pipe explores the concept of imprisonment, and what it really means to take away someone's freedom. It's an experience of solitary prison that goes beyond the walls of a cell, for a prisoner is not always the one confined by walls.

Salma, Laila y Nur no encajarán nunca. Palestinas con pasaporte israelí, optan por vivir una vida de libertad en Tel Aviv, lejos de sus lugares de origen. Las tres buscan el amor, pero como jóvenes palestinas pronto se darán cuenta de que una relación escogida por ellas no es algo fácilmente alcanzable.
