Iris y Rose son dos hermanas muy distintas. Rose está embarazada y depende excesivamente de su madre, mientras que Iris cree que su hermana mayor acapara todas las atenciones. Back in London, editing the footage, the producer and researcher on the project wrestle with how to present the incident, and with their responsibility to the people in the film.
