When comedians draw on the family to make people laugh, everyone is concerned. This documentary looks at everything that is horrifying or hilarious in the family: from the "new generation" fathers to the dictates of the perfect mother, as well as the taboos of parenthood, unmanageable teenagers, and unbearable mothers-in-law.

For his last show in Marseille, the city where he grew up, Elie Kakou brought together all the characters in his repertoire. From the unavoidable Granny Sarfati, at odds with her husband and daughter Fortunée, to Mongola, the former "Clodette", the comedian invited to a journey in his so particular universe, revisiting in no particular order the classics of the children's literature, the masterpieces of the French song and even the verses of the great Molière. A varied program, between great successes and new sketches, interspersed with choreography by Kamel Ouali.

Monsieur Naphtali is a good-natured but somewhat feeble older man turned away from the rest home where he lives. In search of a place to stay, he finds his way to Paris, where a woman taking surveys takes pity on him and brings him home for a meal and a bed for the night. Naphtali finds himself spending the evening with the survey woman, her brother who works in publishing, his lovely but unhappy wife, an alcoholic doctor, and his wife, an ill-tempered judge. In a simple and unpretentious manner, Naphtali forces them all to open up about themselves and discuss elements of their lives that they usually prefer to avoid.

Leonie Koutcharev, a top civil servant at the Ministry of Interior, proposes an ideal solution to the problem of overpopulated prisons: put model prisoners in the homes of carefully screened families. Jules and Norma Klarh, a childless couple, expect to receive an inoffensive juvenile delinquent but end up with the psychopath Marcus Steckner in their suburban home. The film centers on social criticism of the gap between reality and the bureaucratic assumptions of what reality should be.

Ulysse, a gun-toting hood, gets together a team of four people, including himself, to carry out what he thinks will be a fail-safe heist...
