Color Grading
The starting point for the short story is a piece of music composed by K.A. Knutsen (Syntax TerrOrkester) and a concept developed by producer Simeon Frohm. Four directors have each been given a visual image of an audio file, as well as a title and length limitation as a starting point to create each chapter of the film. None of the directors have heard the sound, this has been mixed and completed based on raw versions of the film chapters. Common to the chapters is that they deal with the term "Garden" and its associated chapter title. The landscape of Utsira, where the film was filmed, lays the foundation for aesthetics.
Colorist
A long distance call from a long lost lover makes her reminisce about their common past. She remembers the spring when they met in Paris, the riots, the vespa and the cat named Baby. A film about love, time and things that got lost along the way.
Director of Photography
They go sledging behind a car. They earn extra by fixing the roof of a neighbor's house. They are young and want to fulfill their dreams, but before them an uncertain future prevails. We are there as one of them, equally present, equally absent.
Editor
A three-part short film of women's roles, power, frustration and desires. Three small movies that form a unit together. The first film treats the anxiety of being subordinate, the second film treats the frustration of being near somebody who wants to kill and the third film is about wanting someone.
