In this offering, Kostas Tsakonas (a champion of the SOV comedy of the era) as a wimpy poor guy & petty thief who lives with his nephew, is chosen by the arch-Dracula to rule Greece, since he's a long lost relative of the vampire family, and since the current Prime Minister has sucked the Greeks dry (yes, there's some awful not-so-subtle dated attempts at political satire in there as well). What follows is Tsakona's transformation and consequent attempts to adjust to his new vampiric lifestyle, while a clumsy exorcist and some of his fellow villagers are after him.

The feelings of a young lady for a Pontian Greek, whom his fellow countrymen call "the disgrace of Pontus", is obvious to everyone. Kostikas, however, doesn't notice her feelings because his mind is elsewhere. He is trying to become the president of the football team of New Pontus, in order to take the place of Giorikas, who happens to be in love with the lady in question.
Giakoumis is a poor man with no family, working at the docks. One day he finds out that he has a very rich relative abroad.

The film’s main theme is the temporary affair of a professor of English (Kostas Messaris) with the daughter of a wealthy family, whom he tutors in order for her to marry an English businessman. The hero’s disappointment and his lost dreams make him blame his employers for his personal failure, but his need makes him accept their offers. In his dreams he identifies them with the Germans during the Occupation. Besides his love affair with the daughter Varvara (Eleni Stavropoulou), which stops abruptly after the arrival of the Englishman, the professor succumbs to another affair with the mother (Theano Ioannidou).

A model (Elena Nathanail) is on vacation with her sailor husband (Thodoros Roumpanis), and she falls in love with an employee (Spyros Fokas) who works in the hotel where they are staying. She confesses her feelings to her husband, and he abandons her. The young woman hooks up with with the employee, who goes with her to Athens. There, their passion – and her crisis - will reach their peak.

A few hours after the arrival of Aristeidis (Dinos Iliopoulos), Mary's (Kakia Analyti) soon to be fiance, her father Andreas (Vasilis Diamantopoulos), an upstanding citizen, lies about having a meeting with the Bishop and instead goes to meet his neighbor Betty (Anna Kyriakou). Aristeidis, on his way to Mary's house as a series of misfortunes and ends up in a fight with Andreas (whom he does not know) while he is with Betty at a studio apartment.
