Amanda and her boyfriend Tim set out to shed light on the case surrounding her missing brother. After finding his lost archive, she uncovers a truth that leads her down a path to the horror her brother unwillingly encountered.

Since his father's passing, Riley Conner has not returned to his hometown. But when the news of a murdered friend comes to light, Riley is forced to return home, unknowing that his life, along with those of his friends, will soon be in grave danger. As the body count rises, Riley discovers that the killer has a very specific plan in mind while hunting down his former classmates. It's a race against time as Riley must learn the identity of the killer, before all those he cares deeply for are dead. It's going to be one hell of a reunion.

Un grupo de "Cazadores de fantasmas" que regresa de un antiguo pueblo fantasma y una despedida de soltera que regresa a casa desde Las Vegas tropiezan con el "Motel Clown" ubicado en el medio de la nada. Aunque no hay nadie para saludarlos, los dos grupos deciden quedarse a pasar la noche. Después de una noche salvaje de fiesta, se despiertan para encontrar sus vehículos saboteados, dejándolos varados, abandonados para descubrir si este motel está realmente abandonado, o si es el hogar de las almas de los payasos que una vez vivieron allí.
