Dos hombres en la barra de un bar. Trabajan en banca y han vendido preferentes en una cantidad indeterminada. Uno de ellos, el director general, sufre un escrache en su casa. Tras varios días de acoso, por fin ha tenido una revelación.

Las montañas han servido para transportar a los hombres a una vida alejada del bullicio, viviendo en paz y armonía explotando los recursos naturales durante miles de años. Pero la vida allí es dura, solitaria y requiere de un esfuerzo, determinación y voluntad muy fuertes. Carmen y su familia de agricultores viven en las montañas de Cataluña. La vida de esta familia de agricultores está marcada por las estaciones del año. Día tras día, Carmen se esfuerza por trabajar y vivir, al igual que las generaciones de mujeres antes que ella, en armonía con los ritmos gobernado por la naturaleza. Un año más llega, y con él viene la primavera, una época de florecimiento, cosechas y el regreso a la vida en la estación más verde del año. Una mirada de cerca a una vida aislada en el momento del año con mayor actividad, cuando se juegan lo que recogerán a lo largo de las siguientes estaciones.

Although jailed, ridiculed, and treated as insane, Howell, also known as the Gong, established a Rasta community of 4,500 members, the first agro-industrial enterprise devoted to producing marijuana. In the late 1950s the community was dispersed, disseminating Rasta teachings throughout the ghettos of the island. A young singer named Bob Marley adopted Howell's message, and through Marley's visions, reggae made its explosion in the music world.
