Su argumento gira en torno a tres jóvenes yakuzas: Kentaro Yamamoto (Jin Shirasu), Ryo Tachibana (Reiya Masaki) y Kazuhiko Sugihara (Masato Hanazawa). Tras fallarle a su jefe, este les da a elegir entre hacerse el harakiri o viajar a Tailandia para hacerse una operación de cambio de sexo. The movie begins in the year 1995 where there were 5 peculiar murder cases. Despite the disgust towards Sonezaki's actions, the intensive attention showered on him via the media and SNS makes him become the talk of town.
