En el año 2001, el aclamado violinista Julian Rachlin fundó un festival de música de cámara en Dubrovnik. Introdujo un nuevo y exitoso concepto de reunir a algunos de los músicos más famosos del mundo y dejarles tocar la música que personalmente disfrutan. En 2008, el cineasta austríaco Georg Riha se unió al festival para acompañar cinematográficamente al violinista estrella: Masterly, como de costumbre, y en la más alta estética y calidad técnica, logró con esta composición de la película grabar el ambiente mágico de la ciudad en el mar y el relajado trabajo artístico de Julian Rachlin y sus amigos.
