Algunos hospitales carecen de planta trece... en el hospital Santa Mira no debería haber existido nunca la tercera... esto es algo que descubrirá un grupo de estudiantes que se queda atrapado en este hospital la noche de halloween. Sin darse cuenta, los jóvenes se adentrarán en los misterios que se ocultan en el sanatorio, sobrepasando los límites que se esconden en la planta tercera donde convive el mundo de los vivos y el de los muertos.

But with so many choices (x-ray specs, rubber masks, the "U-control" monster), he'll have to summon his own wild imagination to fully explore all the possibilities.
