Para Saúl su mascota lo era todo, pues le servía de escape ante la difícil relación con sus padres. Por eso decide incinerarlo individualmente para poder tener sus cenizas, pero ello implica un coste económico que su familia no quiere asumir.
Es entonces cuando Saúl se obsesiona con conseguir el dinero para poder despedir a su amigo tal y como se merece.
