After the events of "Christmas At Dracula's", two years ago, Count Dracula has been thrown into stardom as the "saviour of the world", however, during a live TV interview, he takes the time to contemplate his new found fame.
Undercover agent Kenny's deep cover has affected his judgement severely and he has fallen in love with his scarf. When drug dealer Johnny Banger learns of this development he attempts to strangle Kenny with the scarf to hilarious effect.
