Tom. F. Chong (born April 24, 1999) is a Panamenian designer and filmmaker. He has produced and co-developed the short films "Murió Por Mano Propia" and "Aún Me Acuerdo de Ti. He runs OB Productions, a panamenian film production company, with his collaborator Jeho Do Carmo.
