Costume Assistant
The Kellys are a bourgeois family that have fallen into hard times. Deprived of the bragging rights of their typical summer vacation at a posh Chilean beach resort town, they pretend that they are instead going to Brazil for their vacation. They feign leaving on vacation but instead spend the time locked up at home and avoiding the suspicions of a nosy neighbor.
Costumer
Ximena es una cincuentona analfabeta que vive escondida para que la gente no sepa que no puede leer. Jackeline es una joven profesora de primaria, desempleada, que intenta convencer a Ximena de tomar clases de lectura. Persuadirla le resulta imposible, hasta que encuentra una carta que la mujer ha guardado desde su niñez. Llena de humor, esta película nos habla de la soledad, el individualismo y la incomunicación en un mundo en el que los analfabetos no sólo son los que no saben leer.
