Miguel Ángel López de Nava Alzaga

A finales de los años cuarenta, en un ambiente de posguerra, Luis tiene nueve años y vive las constantes ausencias de su madre. La señora Acela tiene un oficio poco común: ayuda a “bien morir”, pero su hijo no sabe exactamente qué es lo que hace y todo el tiempo está preocupado. A punto de cumplir años, Luis hace una petición que marcará su vida.

The plastic artist Cesar Arechiga recreates his living room and studio in the maximum-security prison of Puente Grande, Jalisco, in which fifteen inmates learn about paper production, clay modeling, sculpting and painting. Through this artistic interaction, they share their personal experiences of how they became involved with the world of drug trafficking.
