Miranda, a twenty-nine years old melancholic character, is struggling to find her place in the world. After having her book proposal rejected, Miranda is trying to find peace with the fact that she might never achieve her purpose. Thanks to encounters with various characters and multiple daydreams, Miranda will bring the audience with her on a journey to find something that was right in front of her all along: herself.
Camera Operator
Two proud and estranged brothers, a disputed inheritance and a past that comes back. When he hears about the passing of his father - whom he has not seen in many years - Salvo returns to his native Sicily. He intends to convince his brother Lillo to sell the family farm and save his pizzeria, which is about to go bankrupt - a secret that he has kept even from his wife and children. But things will not be easy and Salvo will have to come to terms with his choices. A bittersweet comedy about family relations and how one never stops growing up, not even at fifty.
Second Assistant Camera
Elio Perlman (Timothée Chalamet), un joven de 17 años, pasa el cálido y soleado verano de 1983 en la casa de campo de sus padres en el norte de Italia. Se pasa el tiempo holgazaneando, escuchando música, leyendo libros y nadando hasta que un día el nuevo ayudante americano de su padre llega a la gran villa. Oliver (Armie Hammer) es encantador y, como Elio, tiene raíces judías; también es joven, seguro de sí mismo y atractivo. Al principio Elio se muestra algo frío y distante hacia el joven, pero pronto ambos empiezan a salir juntos de excursión y, conforme el verano avanza, la atracción mutua de la pareja se hace más intensa.
