Dai Miyamoto's life is turned upside down the day he discovers jazz. A former high school basketball player, Dai picks up a saxophone and begins practicing day and night, determined to become one of the greatest of all time. He leaves his sleepy hometown for the bustling nightclubs of Tokyo, but soon finds the life of a professional musician is not for the faint of heart. His passion eventually wins over the cocky but talented pianist Yukinori, and after Dai convinces his friend Shunji to learn the drums, they launch a new jazz trio whose rough sound contains a raw energy that quickly wins attention from local audiences. The three brothers discover that the human experiment banned after destroying the "Orochi", is still going on to secretly revive the evil snake. They also find out that some ex-members of the Yamainu (the Japanese military unit formed to kill the snake) are behind this conspiracy. The brothers fight together again in a battle against the military.

Remake de la Saga de Drum, con varios cambios. El hermano de Wapol se une a la batalla del reino. Aparecen Robin y Franky, pero falta Vivi. Luffy realiza el Gear y poseen el Thousand Sunny. Al final de la película Wapol se come a su hermano creando una fusión gigantesca. Es una película situada temporalmente en la historia de One Piece. En algunos spoilers de internet se muestran claros cambios tales como cuando en el anime cuando la avalancha cae sobre Usopp este se desmaya y Vivi le despierta a golpes pero en la película es Nico Robin la cual lo despierta con su “seis fleur”.
