Tonia Stanwell arrives at the government agency where she will apply to turn 36, a feat few Black trans women like her have reached. And a feat it proves to be as Tonia finds herself physically falling apart as she is diverted from one room to another. Her only ally, is her own determination and unseen powers that may be on her side.
