Princess tells the true story of former cabaret dancer Anna Lappalainen's redemptive struggle with insanity, who checked in to Finland's Kellokoski Psychiatric Hospital in 1945.
Divorced Asta and her daughter Anni go on a summer holiday touring Finland with Asta's sister and her husband. On the trip they visit a submarine, a mine, a dinosaur land and search for Santa Claus in Lapland.
