En el barrio de Clapham en Londres, transcurren treinta y seis horas de un caluroso verano. Una devota pareja contrae matrimonio, pero uno de ellos mantiene relaciones durante la celebración con un joven camarero. Un muchacho de catorce años comienza a sentirse atraído hacia su vecino, al que observa constantemente, armándose de valor para presentarse ante él. Se producen encuentros en baños públicos, un guionista recibe la noticia de que su proyecto para una película de temática gay ha sido rechazado, un joven se prepara para salir al ambiente, políticos intercambian historias en una cena snob. Al mismo tiempo personas homófobas realizan sus actos de violencia, en particular un muchacho con intenso odio. In the spring of 1913, Parisian businessman Gabriel Astruc opens a new theater on the Champs Elysées. The first performance is the premiere of Igor Stravinsky's 'The Rite of Spring', danced by the Ballet Russes. The rehearsal process is extremely fraught: the orchestra dislike Stravinsky's harsh, atonal music; the dancers dislike the 'ugly' choreography of Vaslav Nijinsky. The volatile, bisexual Nijinsky is in a strained relationship with the much older Sergei Diaghilev, the Ballet Russes' charismatic but manipulative impresario. Public expectation is extremely high after Nijinsky's success in 'L'apres-midi d'un faune'. Finally, 'The Rite of Spring' premieres to a gossip-loving, febrile, fashion-conscious Parisian audience sharply divided as to its merits.

Six gay friends discuss love, friendship and infidelity over the course of three significant evenings

Greg Wise (Sense and Sensibility) and Keeley Hawes (Karaoke) star in this sumptuous adaptation of Wilkie Collins' classic mystery, the first detective novel ever written. The Moonstone, a sacred Hindu diamond was stolen from the head of the Moon God, in its shrine by John Herncastle in 1799. The stone is said to be cursed if it is removed from the shrine. In 1848, a man named Franklin Blake announces to Rachel that the Moonstone has been bequeathed to her by Herncastle. Blake gives her the jewel on her birthday and offers to mount the jewel for her, in order that she might wear it. Inevitably, the jewel is found missing the next morning and Rachel believes Blake stole it. Determined to prove his innocence, Blake leaves in order to pursue the real truth behind the theft.

An investigative reporter following an espionage story goes to London and gets involved with murder, scam artists and rock concerts.
