Agua Caliente retrata la relación de Diego con Graciela, su madre, durante el confinamiento, abordando la cotidianidad del hogar por medio de diversos juegos escénicos que develan la complicidad entre un hijo y su madre. Se empuja la atención al trabajo doméstico. La casa exige labores de mantenimiento y, ante la insistencia de Graciela, Diego asume con torpeza el rol que ha dejado la ausencia de una figura paterna.
