Cao Lei

The film "The Master of Southern Fist" is based on the character of Liu Yamei, a great master of his generation. He was born in the Qing Dynasty during the Xianfeng period. As a teenager, he travelled with his uncle from the village of Bangtang in the east of Haifeng County to Fair Market to earn a living. He studied under the famous boxing master Cai Jun, and later he created the "Throughput" style of boxing by combining the internal and external styles of martial arts. In the 1920s and 1930s, he was one of the three leaders of Southern Boxing. According to the film's director, the film focuses on the story of Liu Yamei, who fights opium and upholds justice to fulfil his master's last wish.

Early nineties. Wang Baoyin, a driver for the Bureau of Cultural Heritage, is having trouble with everything and has repeatedly failed to get his job complete. He accidentally finds a relic left by his father who has been missing for years: a map of the Dragon Veins and a badge with a special symbol.

The tomb of Yan Dong, the former head of the Six Horsemen Division in Chang'an, is hit by tomb robbers and the Xuanmao pearl, which was used to suppress the demon king, is stolen, leading to the rise of demons in Chang'an City and the unrest of the people. The Chief Steward, Eunuch Fish (Luo Jiaying), orders Ma San (Wu Mengda), Wang Zhuge (Jia Bing) and Lei Yan (Xu Dongdong) of the Six Horsemen Division to suppress the demons and hunt for the pearl, and to hatch a terrifying plot.

Wu Dalang discovered that Pan and Ximen Qing had committed adultery and were poisoned by two people. Wu Song revenge for the brother, taking Pan’s first level. Heavy rain at night, Wu Song blood splashed the whole body, went straight to the Lion House to fight Ximen Qing to take his head. Wu Song murdered to the servant to surrender and was sent to Mengzhou.
