Jimmy y Timmy, antes enfrentados por Cindy, deciden que es mejor ser amigos y combinar su talento para derrotar a los villanos que aparecen por sorpresa en una fiesta con la intención de fastidiarla. Pronto se darán cuenta de que la mezcla entre la magia de Timmy y la ciencia de Jimmy Neutron es invencible, de manera que se quedarán sin adversarios. Por eso, inventarán un súpervillano, el cual al final no acabará de ser lo que Jimmy y Timmy esperaban.
