Historia

Born in Cochabamba, Suarez has been part of dramatic productions like Javier Teran's "Etreum" and Claudia Siles' "Can't do it alone", as well as in comedy films like Guery Sandoval's "The Pocholo and Marida". In 2014 he played substantial roles in short films such as "Double or Nothing" from Diego Padilla and Abdullah Alrachid's "Codename: Caesar". That same year, Telemundo Network offered the opportunity to play a deranged husband in their court show "Caso Cerrado". He was the lead character of the short film "Distancia" directed by TS Meeks, a work that appeared festivals such as the Palm Springs International Short Fest, the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, and others. Afterwards he returned to theater and also stared in various short films, winning the Best Actor Award in the Cochabamba 48 Hour Film Project of 2016. In March 2017 he won the Best Supporting Actor Award in the Filmapalooza Festival 48HFP Global Awards. He also took home the Best Actor Award in the First Ibero-American 48 HFP Festival in 2018.

Pero Costa y Sebastián no pueden imaginar que en Bolivia, donde han decidido instalar su Santo Domingo cinematográfico, les espera un desafío que les hará tambalearse hasta lo más profundo. Tan pronto como estalla la Guerra del Agua (abril de 2000) las convicciones de uno y el desapego del otro comienzan a resquebrajarse, obligándoles a hacer un viaje emocional en sentidos opuestos.
