One day, a woman named Chiyome Hesogakure with a child named Chinzō visits the Nohara family and claims that she is the real mother of Shinnosuke and takes him away to a Ninja Village. In the Ninja Village, the Hesogakure family has been protecting "the earth's navel" by blocking it with a pure gold stopper using the "Mononoke technique" that has been passed down from generation. If it comes off, the earth will wither, the rotation will stop, and the "tomorrow" of the world will be lost! It is up to Shinnosuke to reveal the mystery of his birth and protect the future of the earth and the "tomorrow" of his family.

Limón Vinagreta es una niña que ofrece a Shin chan unirse a un equipo de ultra espías que colabora con Ultra Héroe, el ídolo del niño. Los Sombrero de Paja encuentran un cofre en el que se esconde una anciana con dientes de oro. Les habla sobre una isla mecánica y un legendario tesoro, a lo que el equipo y en especial Nami no se pueden resistir, por lo que deciden lanzarse a la aventura. Una vez en la isla se encuentran con Ratchet, el hijo de la anciana quien creyendo que los piratas habían secuestrado a su madre ataca a los Sombrero de Paja. Una vez aclarado el asunto deciden aliarse para encontrar el tesoro.
