Jagmohan, a prominent businessman with underworld dealings, approaches renowned advocate Kailash Nath, to represent his son who has been charged with murder and may face the death penalty. Thus Kailash carries out his vengeance against Jagmohan. Now Kailash is faced with advocate Ajay Verma, who has molested his sister, Shilpa. The Commissioner of Police is impressed with the diligence and bravery by one of his officers named Vijay, and asks him to re-locate to a lawless town by the name of Shona Pur, which Vijay accepts. He arrives there incognito, and is faced with several challenges, including lackadaisical policemen, who have never arrested anyone. He sets out to put things right. He meets with a young woman by the name of Shanti, who is on the look-out for buried treasure. Vijay and Shanti both fall in love with each other, and both set out to locate this treasure. In order to do this they will have to go through underground caverns, snake-pits, and a gang of thieves who are known to kill anyone who get in their way.

Anjali lives in a hostel and always waits for her mother Kamini to come take her during holidays but Kamini never takes Anjali home; instead she takes her on holidays to different places. Kamli accordingly packs up and waits for Mohan to show up. But Mohan does not show up, instead Bhairo shows up and takes Kamli by force back to their camp. Will Kamli ever come to know why Mohan did not come as they had planned?
