R-Shitei (R-指定, 10 de septiembre de 1991) es un rapero y actor japonés nacido en la ciudad de Sakai, Prefectura de Osaka. Es miembro de los grupos de hip-hop japoneses Creepy Nuts y Umeda Cypher. Su nombre real es Kyōhei Nogami (野上 恭平, Nogami Kyōhei ).

For their 55th anniversary, a special live stage theater that looks at the lives of the people sitting behind the radio speakers will be streamed live during the segments on March 20th and 27th of 2022.
