A mature woman with the exotic name Era (in honor of the radio) comes with her teenage son Andrey to the house of her late mother on the Black Sea coast. The son does not talk, does not leave the wheelchair and spends his days watching cartoons, and the cheerful Ira is trying to find a job and somehow establish a personal life. That's just the son perceives her search for a cavalier with silent condemnation, especially after the economic and handy uncle Tolya turned out to be not so positive.
