Un joven esquiador, Harkin Banks, se dirige al Valle Squaw para participar en el campeonato mundial que reune a los esquiadores mas atrevidos del mundo, puesto que este campeonato es uno de los mas duros y tiene lugar en las pistas nevadas mas dificiles y arriesgadas. En el transcurso del camino hacia el motel Squaw Valley, Harkin se encuentra en la carretera a una atractiva muchacha, Sunny, a la que recoge, y se va con él al motel.

One day he meets Chu Chu, who, before falling into alcoholism like him, was a successful entertainer. Now she still dances, but in the streets, for no more than a cent or two.
