Takahiro Fujimoto (藤本隆宏, Fujimoto Takahiro, 21 de julio de 1970) es un actor y ex-nadador japonés. Nació en la ciudad de Kitakyushu, prefectura de Fukuoka. Graduado de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanísticas de la Universidad de Waseda. Está afiliado a Hillstone Enterprise. Anteriormente fue miembro de la Compañía de Teatro Shiki (Gekidan Shiki). Como nadador, estableció el récord japonés en 200m y 400m combinados individuales y participó en los Juegos Olímpicos por segunda vez consecutiva. En los Juegos Olímpicos de Barcelona 1992, se convirtió en el primer finalista japonés de la misma categoría en los 400m combinados individuales.
