El 14 de marzo de 2020 se decretó el estado de alarma en las Islas Baleares debido a la COVID-19. Miles de familias fueron confinadas dos meses. 8 estudiantes de cine de Mallorca fueron iniciados a crear minirelatos cinematográficos autobiográficos para expresar el impacto del confinamiento.
