Andrea Lagman was born in Manila and raised in Hong Kong. Realizing her affinity for the arts at a young age she identifies this alter ego as "SUBLIMEBBABY". The idea of separating self and ego pegged onto this identity empowers her as an artist. There is beauty in detachment with your art. She believes once you learn to master that emotion, you can find true control over your passions.

WOMaN is a visual exploration of the becoming and realizing of what it means to be a woman in this day and age. An experimental film told from the heart of SUBLIMEBBABY and eyes of Angelo Bote — complex, strong, independent, aggressive, soft, vulnerable. We embrace both masculine and feminine aspects following the woman on screen. “To maintain an interest in life, to laugh at the little/big things. To embrace my feminine energy but let my masculine shine in coexistence. These are my promises to my younger self.”
