One day, an older man moves into the neighbourhood. Maria and Henner start a love affair, which takes a tragic turn.

Cuando su madre decide dejar de medicar a su hija con discapacidad psíquica, Dora, de 18 años de edad, se despierta como de un profundo sueño. Dora descubre su cuerpo, su sensualidad y finalmente, también el sexo. A sus padres les asombra las repentinas ganas de vivir de Dora, y cuando empieza a quedar con un hombre que conoce en su trabajo de vendedora en el mercado, se enfurecen. Pero sus esfuerzos no dan resultado, y cuando la aventura de Dora lleva a una situación más seria, todo el mundo debe repensar los límites de sus relaciones con los demás, y reconsiderar temas tales como la autodeterminación, la confianza y la envidia.

Días de verano en la Riviera Francesa. Una villa con vistas al mar en lo alto de una colina. Merle acepta la invitación de su amante pero al llegar ahí sólo están sus hijos, Emma y Felix. No saben nada de la relación de su padre. Una guerra silenciosa pero constante por el statu quo comienza. Merle lucha por la posibilidad de un futuro socialmente prometedor, el cual se va desvaneciendo delante de sus ojos.

Master painter Hans Moll and his wife, the television announcer Ms. Wellinek and her husband, and the German-Russian Jew Yevgenia have many things to live on: food, drink, an apartment. What they do not have is work. They all discover the yearning for a chance to start all over again and bring themselves back to life.
Art Direction
The film tells the story of a steel worker named Karger who is living in the Saxon town of Riesa. Personal as well as professional changes force him to turn his back on his home town that he had never left in his whole life and to enter unknown territory. On his way into the unknown, Karger has to bid many painful farewells. However, he faces them in his characteristic indifferent manner.

It is about a girl's everyday life at the end of her school days, trying to find a way into society and her own life.

Touched tells the story of big Maria (19), who is looking for a nursing job at a care facility. Here she meets Mike (32), who is paralyzed from the neck down. Maria - burdened with complexes - and Mike - physically helpless - begin a love affair. But their dependence makes love »almost« impossible.
