En las playas de Kenia, las mujeres maduras (a las que se les denomina allí "sugar mamas") y europeas con dinero son una raza aparte. Se las puede ver buscando jóvenes africanos con los que mantener relaciones sexuales a buen precio. Es un intercambio cómodo: ellas consiguen satisfacer sus deseos más primarios y dar salida a las frustraciones propias de su edad y ellos consiguen mantenerse económicamente gracias a su generosidad monetaria.
