In ancient Rome, bathhouse architect Lucius (Hiroshi Abe) becomes famous with designing the original "thermae" (bathhouse). He receives an order to build a thermae in the colosseum to help gladiators recover from their wounds, but faces difficulties. Thus, Lucius travels again to modern day Japan through the time slip. He meets Manami (Aya Ueto) again, who is now a reporter for a magazine which covers bathroom. With the help of the flat face Japanese tribe, Lucius again designs a new thermae. Meanwhile, Emperor Hadrian (Masachika Ichimura) wants to keep the peace with the thermae, but the Senate wants to extend the land by using force. Emperor Hadrian and the Senate now have a confrontation and Rome becomes divided.

And the doctor tells him that he can't walk anymore. His mother, Haruko, hurries to the hospital for her son, however Yasuyuki is on bad terms with her, so he asks her to leave him alone. There he meets an ill kid in the hospital named Ishii Daisuke who is living his life positively, and the store staff Katou Kumi, who always smiles even though she had a sad past. He gains confidence and decides to start his rehabilitation. After Yasuyuki is discharged from the hospital, he starts relying on everybody everywhere, so he falls into despair and starts thinking of committing suicide seeing no future for himself.

This drama is about the life of Japan's infamous poet, Kaneko Misuzu. It begins with her as a young girl in the Taisho era, and tells of her life as she becomes a woman, a wife and then a mother. It touches on Misuzu's relationship with her brother, and how she dealt with the death of a dear friend and her husband's unemployment and subsequent illness. Kaneko Misuzu committed suicide at the age of 26, closing the chapter on one of Japan's most prolific poet of all times.

Drawing influence from the street musicians of Miyagi, four high school students form a band and spend their free time practicing for their school's upcoming festival. Al ser transferido de escuela conoce a Kinpira quien decide gastarle una novatada. Kirinpa le insiste a Shuei a tocar un extraño piano que se encuentra escondido en un bosque, obviamente conocido como “El bosque del piano” sin saber que dicho piano no emite sonido alguno. Es gracias a otro compañero, Kai Ichinose, quien pone al descubierto la broma, aunque Shuei insiste en ir al bosque y toca ese piano. Al termino de la escuela, ambos deciden ir al bosque en busca del famoso piano. Extrañamente, Shuei no logra hacer que el piano emita sonido alguno mientras que Kai sí logra hacerlo.
