Aaron Ruell

Se trata de un hombre llamado JJ Lask, quien ha escrito una novela que ha sido llevada al cine. Los personajes de ficción del libro (que sólo existen en la cabeza de Lask, por supuesto) aparecen en un programa de entrevistas (que también esta sólo en la cabeza de Lask), al igual que los actores contratados para reproducirlos. Al hablar de la película, también cuenta la historia, que vemos en flashbacks; a veces como escenas de la película y a veces como flashbacks reales, con la gente "verdadera", no los actores.
