El film se compone de tres historias escalofriantes. Dos hermanas que son dueñas de una tienda de pelucas son perseguidas por un fantasma femenino cuyo pelo se convierte en una de las pelucas a la venta. Un empleado de la funeraria se enamora de un cadáver femenino que murió junto a su novio en un accidente justo antes de su boda. Dos consejeros de la sociedad a quienes les gusta jugar bromas de miedo en sus empleados finalmente obtienen su merecido cuando se enfrentan a un fantasma real. Tres historias ambientadas a las 3 am, la más espantosa hora de la noche, donde todos los espíritus son libres de vagar.

Sangchan is a girl working in a factory who falls in love with an attractive guy named Rawee. As Rawee has to go study abroad, he keeps a promise of coming back to see Sangchan on October, 8th of each year. Colic tells a story of a couple Pongpob and Phraeploy who have a shotgun wedding upon discovering that Praeploy has unexpectedly become pregnant. After the wedding, Pongpob brings Phraeploy to his mother's suburban home. The night before Praeploy delivers the child, the house next to theirs catches on fire. When the baby is delivered, and is brought to their house, he screams and cries with no reason. The doctor considers the baby has colic, and tells the couple that the ailment will disappear when the baby turns 3 to 6 months old. Several months later, the baby still hasn't stopped crying...while the family's members encounter to mysterious and unexplained experiences.
