Tokyo is suddenly covered by a dome shaped electromagnetic cloud for an unknown reason and is totally blocked and isolated from other parts of the world. The temperature inside the cloud is slowly increasing. The Soviet Pacific fleet is getting closer. The U.S. is forcing Japan to form a new government. Scientists and research workers outside Tokyo have to race against time to find out how to get through the cloud in order to rescue the 12,000,000+ lives in Tokyo and the fate of the country.

When, prehistoric monsters attack the earth, Commander Adams is asked to head up a paramilitary scientific team, which he agrees on the condition that he is provided with the general's new high-tech space craft. Glen, the creator of the craft, insists on being part of the team, as does a bumbling fool named Marconi. Biologist Lieutenant Ann Johnson comes on as a surprise to these two chauvinists, and finally, Lieutenant Harris, who has been appointed the host of Ultraman, joins the team upon his arrivial.

Humanity's pursuit of knowledge leads them to the planet Solo, where they find mysterious remains of a long dead alien civilization, including the 3 part super robot 'Ideon', and a powerful warship. Using these, the Earthlings sent to investigate the ruins defend themselves in their constant conflicts against powerful aliens called the Buff Clan, who are in pursuit of 'Id', the mysterious energy that powers the Ideon.

Una profecía ancestral de Okinawa predice que un monstruo aparecerá a destruir el mundo pero será detenido por dos criaturas colosales. El hallazgo de una estatua en las cavernas de Okinawa indican que se trata de la llave para llamar a King Caesar, el guardián de la zona, y el único que puede detener la oleada de destrucción provocada por el recientemente aparecido Godzilla. Las señales de la profecía parecen cumplirse, pero un grupo de científicos comienza a descubrir pistas que indican que nada es lo que parece. Y ello se confirma cuando el verdadero Godzilla aparece en escena, desintegrando el camuflaje de la criatura que destruye las ciudades, y revelando ser un sosías robótico. Es MechaGodzilla, un ser cibernético construido por la raza alienígena del tercer planeta del Agujero Negro, que ha llegado a la Tierra con pretensiones de invadirla.

El nacimiento del osito panda Lonlon, hijo del a Reina, alegra a todos los habitantes del Reino de los osos excepto a Demon, un enorme oso cuyo propósito es convertirse en Rey. Los años pasan y un día Lonlon tiene que probar que es suficientemente valiente para ser Rey. A pesar de que se ha preparado a conciencia no consigue pasar la prueba y la Reina decide enviarlo de viaje para que se haga un valiente. El gran amigo de Lonlon, Pich, decide acompañarlo y juntos correrán muchas y emocionantes aventuras..
