Julietta is a French comedy comedy romance film from 1953, directed by Marc Allégret, written by Françoise Giroud, starring Dany Robin and Jean Marais. Film was based on a novel of Louise de Vilmorin.
Captain Handson, captain of the "Danae", learns that his wife, Danae, is the mistress of his owner, Pierre Ricardo. Leaving for a new crossing, he takes his wife and her lover by force, whom he makes work in the holds. After a stopover in Douala, the "Danae" sets off again for the French coast.
A rich businessman, threatened by his pregnant mistress, decides to make him marry a man who falls in love with his daughter.
'Mistral', tall sailor
In November of 1942, the French submarine, the "Casabianca,", escapes from German-held Toulon, and, upon joining the Free French forces at Algiers, is sent on a secret mission to Corsica to take two secret-service agents to make contact with the underground there. The agents contact the Marquis resistance forces, and learn they are ready to revolt but lack the needed arms and ammunition. The submarine is sent back to Corscia with the necessary weapons for the resistance-fighters, and also returns with trained troops to assist the resistance forces in attacking the Germans.
