It's Christmas time and life holds for this talented beautiful girl only the presents that she is strong enough to grab.

She decides to kidnap Marinela, the bride of an local mobs wedding, in exchange of a huge ransom that hopefully will provide her a better life. Surprisingly enough the bride refuses to return to her disgusting husband and provokes a series of events very serious for her family, but hilarious for the movie.

Jennifer is an American who lives in Romania. Radu Prodan is married and with it has a very intelligent boy of 10 years. Jennifer is a teacher of literature in Bucharest. Located at a baptism as NASA, the police arrest her husband and so was the fact her husband has a business that consists of money laundering. Due to restrictions of law, not allowed to leave the country. Jennifer, NASA, trying hard to find a solution to solve all problems.

Horace, a 8 years old boy, who still believes in Santa Clause, received as a Christmas gift a day at the mall. What ought to be a normal Christmas day turns into an adventure when Horace loses his mother. He mets John, a pickpocket disguised as Santa Clause, who was in the middle of an illegal operation. Unlike the Santas on TV, John doesn't seem to like children. Althought, the boy is convinced that this is the real Santa Clause and tail of it, causing all sorts of trouble as dangerous, as funny. Finally John finds the magic of Christmas and Horace discovers that miracles indeed, occur.
