In Rome it hasn’t rained for three years and the lack of water is overturning rules and habits. Through the city dying of thirst and prohibitions moves a chorus of people, young and old, marginalised and successful, victims and profiteers. Their lives are linked in a single design, while each seeks his or her deliverance.

The story of a young student in the South of Italy, his trip during the night, by feet, from the native village to the City, a long coming-to-age itinerary that will lead him to discover his familiy's secret story and free him from fears.

A mysterious video falls into the hands of a troupe of reporters following an accident involving three thirty-something year olds – two men and a woman. The video chronicles the lives of the trio one week prior, during their road-trip through the French Riviera to shoot a commercial. Shot in the style of found footage – sometimes with an iPhone – this innovative film touts itself as the first “selfie” movie. But, this isn’t a cheeky jab at today’s culture of obsessive self-documentation. A judge decides to take a difficult child, Mario (9 years old), from his family and entrusts him to a couple of unmarried forty-year-olds. For the three of them, living together is difficult and painful, since the couple and the child come from two separate realities. As relief from solitude and displacement, Mario creates his own world, where he meets Schad Sky, an imaginary playmate.

A group of actors meet with little money in a unofficial theatre in Naples' Spanish Boroughs. Director's plan is to travel to Sarajevo, still under siege, to stage a classic Eschilus' play about civil war in Tebe. While they rehearse in the theatre cast members come and go and another kind of war goes on every day in nearby streets of old Naples.
