En su 18 cumpleaños anuncia su viaje a Ginebra para trabajar como canguro de una familia de alto nivel, cuidando de los niños y haciendo los quehaceres domésticos... todo para mejorar su francés, claro... Con un estilo de vida moderno y frío, en la suntuosa propiedad de la familia Dumoulin hay un cierto malestar: las tareas del hogar son estresantes, la señora y el señor discuten, sus hijos traen cantidad de problemas, y para colmo de males, la atractiva vecina está obviamente perdida por él.

There are only few families with children left in the village and that is why the school is about to be closed down. Franz decides to save the school and teacher Eva's job in a very unusual way....
