El Tiovivo Mágico yace bajo los efectos de un terrible maleficio: el malvado brujo del frío Zeebad ha sido liberado y el destino del País Encantado peligra. Mientras la tierra se consume poco a poco bajo el hielo, Brian, Ermintrude, Dylan y Dougal, cuatro amigos sin más armas que su coraje y su valor, juntarán sus fuerzas para retar al frío.
