On the day he is born as Sora's Nobody when Sora transforms into a Heartless in the original Kingdom Hearts, Roxas is found by Xemnas in Twilight Town, the leader of Organization XIII, who names him its thirteenth member. Each day he is sent on missions to other worlds, either alone or accompanied by his fellow members, to destroy Heartless with the Keyblade and release captive hearts, with which the Organization can fulfill their goal of summoning Kingdom Hearts and become complete beings. Roxas is placed under the care of Axel, who he befriends and spends his spare time with at the end of each day, sitting atop the clock tower in Twilight Town, speaking what's on their minds and eating sea-salt ice cream together.

Conan ve como un hombre entra en el coche de Gin y sospecha que el caso está relacionado con los hombres de negro. Uno de ellos se hace pasar por un miembro de la policía y va en busca de un disco de memoria de su organización.

Conan Edogawa is sick and has to stay home with a cold. He overhears Sonoko Suzuki telling Ran Mouri to dump Shinichi Kudo and instead date Dr. Tomoaki Araide. Conan gets angry over this, and falls asleep, waking up to a phone call from Ai Haibara. She tells him that she has created an antidote for him to try out, for testing purposes. Conan takes the antidote, and passes out. When he wakes up, he is Shinichi Kudo again! However, Haibara is gone, and everything looks strange.

Kogoro, Ran, Conan, Heiji, and Kazuha are at a festival when Denkyuu, a student monk, asks them to solve a case of a disappearing body at the temple. Shakuren, the head monk, denies the body's existence and claims Denkyu is mistaken.

Kogoro y Conan viajan a Yokohama por la solicitud de un cliente desconocido, pero caen en una trampa, y Ran y los Detectives Junior son tomados como rehenes. A mysterious package comes in for Kogoro. Moments later, a diamond thief with a voice similar to Heiji's accidentally calls the Mouri Detective Agency asking for a ransom. Soon realizing that he has dialed the wrong number, the caller hangs up, but not before a familar voice says "Good morning!" on the other line. Conan deducts that the caller had meant to dial a similar number, and calls Heiji over to mimick his voice and call a list of similar numbers. Only one person responds; Iwatsume. The detectives approach him and question him to discover that the man had paid 10,000,000 yen to retrieve his stolen jewel. After realizing the meager ransom, which was a tenth of the value of the diamond, it is discovered that the returned gem was a fake.

A live-action short film following Asuka and Misato from "Evangelion" as ordinary people outside of the universe of Evangelion. Although it features the voice actors playing their respective characters and was filmed as part of the production of "End of Evangelion", no part of the short appears in that film.

Segunda de las 2 películas, "Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth", que trataban de dar un cierre a la altura de la serie Neon Genesis Evangelion, pues terminó de una forma críptica y hermética con su último capítulo 26, duramente criticado. La segunda parte, "Rebirth", duraba 27 minutos y trataba los capítulos 25 y 26. Se estrenó en cines en 1997 y fue todo un éxito de taquilla en Japón. Y aún así, supo a poco, así que se reinterpretaron y reeditaron de nuevo esos dos episodios en una nueva película llamada The End of Evangelion que duraba hora y media y daba a toda la historia un final aún más oscuro.

Primera película realizada tras la serie Neon Genesis Evangelion que consta de 2 partes: "Death" y "Rebirth". La primera parte, "Death", es un breve resumen de lo que sucede en la serie e incluye alguna escena inédita. La segunda parte, "Rebirth", es lo que sucede tras el capítulo 24 de la serie. El desenlace se muestra en la segunda película: "Evangelion: The End of Evangelion".
