Ned Arnel Mencia (born October 22, 1967), known professionally as Carlos Mencia is a Honduran-born American comedian, writer, and actor. His style of comedy is often political and involves issues of race, culture, criminal justice, and social class. He is best known as the host of the Comedy Central show Mind of Mencia which produced four seasons before being cancelled in 2008.

Una mezcla de codicias y sentimientos de honor hacen aflorar los instintos más bajos en un variado grupo de personajes. Esquivando al sheriff bonachón y porrero, un vagabundo roba un saco lleno de dinero en una estación de autobuses en el desierto. Lo que no sabe es que la bolsa ya ha pasado por las manos de muchas personas, y todos van detrás del dinero. La acción inconsciente del vagabundo provoca una reacción en cadena, y repentinamente se ve perseguido por un policía violento, un guardia de seguridad pervertido, un misterioso asesino a sueldo y un juez corrupto.
