Documental sobre el skater Josh "Skreech" Sandoval, una leyenda en el mundo del skate con tan solo 23 años de edad. Tristan Patterson, retrata la vida de Skreech y su novia, quienes se dedican a dejar pasar el tiempo bajo el brillante sol californiano apropiándose de cualquier piscina ajena, sin sufrir el más mínimo estupor cuando son pillados por sus propietarios. Sus mayores aliados son la marihuana y el alcohol, no entienden de responsabilidades, actúan en base a sus impulsos, se dirigen hacia donde les lleve el cuerpo y las ruedas de sus patines se encargan del resto.
