After receiving the key to the city for their heroic efforts, Rocket J. Squirrel notices that Bullwinkle falls in love with a robotic moose. Unbeknownst to him, inside the moose is Boris Badinov, who, along with Natasha Fatale and Fearless Leader, are carrying out another plan to eliminate Rocky & Bullwinkle.

Basada en la serie clásica de dibujos animados “Underdog”. Tras un accidente en el misterioso laboratorio del científico chiflado, el Dr. Simon Barsinister (Peter Dinklage), un perro de raza beagle descubre de repente que tiene unos poderes inimaginables además de la capacidad de hablar. El pequeño fantasmita Casper vuelve a la escuela para aprender a cómo asustar a la gente. Un personaje que tendrá que resolver sus grandes problemas de siempre, el comportarse mal y espantar a la gente sino no podrá ser un fantasma de verdad. Frosty the Snowman goes where he is needed most, and the town of Evergreen sure needed a visit.
