Historia
After graduating Seoul Institute of the Arts, Yang Hee has performed in plays, musicals, TV shows, and films for over a span of 30 years. As a veteran actor in the Korean entertainment industry, his most recent notable projects include Kingdom (2019-2020) and Cicada (2020), the latter of which he has received critical acclaim for playing the leading role. Over the years, Yang Hee has come to be regarded as a highly skilled actor people recognize by face but not by name, as he has appeared as a supporting actor in the works of many prominent directors such as Lee Chang-dong and Lee Choong-Ryul. With a deep love of independent cinema, Yang Hee still finds time to appear in many indie features and short films. In fact, he has appeared in over 400 short films in just the past decade alone.

The story revolves around a master of the traditional funeral play called Jindo Dasiraegi. One day, his daughter returns home years after she left, saddled with debt. Their relationship remains uneasy as she is still in agony over the death of her mother in total disregard of her father, as his heart and soul were dedicated to performing Dasiraegi.

But her younger sister So-hee receives the letter instead of her sick sister. So-hee writes back to Young-ho, pretending to be So-yeon. Meanwhile, So-hee takes care of her sick sister and also runs a secondhand bookstore with her mother.

Based on a screenplay by the prolific Kim Ki-duk. Two families live next door to each other in identical suburban white houses with green lawns. One family is from South Korea, the other is a fake family assembled from North Korean spies. The North Koreans must strictly obey every order from their regime, who holds their real families hostage. The problem is that the families affect each other and after a while, the political rift in the North Korean house becomes apparent. Naturally, there also occurs cross-border romantic entanglements between old and young alike.

La historia , bastante conocida mundialmente, esta ambientada en Corea, donde un rey está confuso y para poder tratar los asuntos de la corte con tranquilidad, decide hacer caso al consejo de su concejal, y pone en su lugar a un doble (el mendigo) que ocupe su lugar en el trono. Aquí empieza una historia donde el rey de la dinastía se debate en como ser un mejor rey, ya que el toque humanitario de su doble hace cambiar poco a poco la moral de palacio.
