Esta vez los insólitos "Extermineitors" deben enfrentar a una organización secreta que tiene como fin realizar implantes biónicos a un luchador (Randolph McCIain), probar su funcionamiento, y así crear una multitud de hombres "indestructibles" que dominen el mundo. Guillermo (France-lia) y el campeón mundial de karate Héctor (Echevarría) formarán parte de un torneo semi secreto de artes marciales para desenmascarar a este grupo maligno. A ellos se le suma Nico (Javier Belgeri), un niño huertano (Hijo del personaje que interpretaba Emilio Disi en las entregas anteriores) fanático de este tipo de artes, que aporta su ayuda en esta determinante lucha

El Dragón se encuentra en prisión dispuesto a fugarse y vengarse de quienes lo detuvieron. Para ello recibirá ayuda de una organización de mafiosos que se mueve en el mundo de las apuestas clandestinas relacionadas con las peleas de artes marciales a nivel internacional y vinculados también con el narcotráfico. En la cárcel, el Dragón se encuentra con un siniestro personaje, McClain (Randholp McClain), un americano encarcelado por haber matado a sus contrincantes. Pero una vez puesto en libertad en enviado para competir por el Campeonato Mundial de Artes Marciales con Héctor Echavarría, luchador argentino y campeón mundial .

Dos legendarios ex combatientes de la Guerra de Vietnam llamados Extermineitor y Destroceitor están viajando en barco hacia Buenos Aires cuando son golpeados y arrojados al agua por dos agentes del Dragón. Al llegar la nave a puerto, el coronel Morris (Aldo Barbero) toma a los marineros Emilio y Guillermo (Disi y Francella) –que se han puesto las ropas de los ex combatientes para sacarse fotos– para un plan intensivo de entrenamiento; pero cuando se dan cuenta de que no son ellos los "héroes" ya están en manos del campeón mundial de artes marciales Héctor Echavarría. Al finalizar el entrenamiento, los dos amigos aterrorizados, parten junto a su instructor para eliminar a un grupo de narcotraficantes dirigidos por el Dragón. Convertidos en improvisados "Rambos" estos principiantes intentaran derrotar al enemigo. Se dio a conocer que la mediática Zulma Lobato participó como extra, años antes de transvestirse. Su rol es de espectador, que alienta a Echeverría.
